By accessing, browsing, or using the jeta5 website at https://jeta5.io, its subdomains, or any associated mobile or web application (collectively, the "Platform"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jeta5 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply in their entirety to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, virtual games, slots, instant-win products, and any future services added to the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including cash balance and any separately tracked bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome made available by jeta5.
• "Winnings" means any funds credited to a Player's Account as the result of a successful Wager.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method that jeta5 may request as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or Company policy.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or third-party service interruptions.

To register an Account and use any service on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jeta5 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. Creating an Account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable in your country of residence and any other jurisdiction to which you may be subject.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform for integrity, fraud, or responsible gaming reasons.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jeta5 employee or contractor involved in the operation of the Platform.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

jeta5 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently close an Account if eligibility requirements are found not to have been met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. jeta5 recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other website or application and enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication for your Account.

You agree to notify jeta5 immediately by contacting support at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. jeta5 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.

You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person. Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account — whether for betting purposes, account management, or any other reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

jeta5 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently suspend an Account where it has reason to believe that the security of the Account has been compromised, that the Account is being accessed from an unusual location, or that suspicious activity has occurred. In such cases, jeta5 will attempt to notify the registered Account holder by email or SMS as promptly as reasonably practicable.

All transactions on jeta5 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and is subject to the limits displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. For bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions, this typically occurs within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically processed within one business day for mobile wallet methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the Account. jeta5 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used for at least one deposit.
• jeta5 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount is high or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Any fees charged by your payment service provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility. jeta5 does not add transaction fees on its side for standard deposit and withdrawal methods.

Funds deposited into your jeta5 Account are held for gaming purposes only. jeta5 does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds that remain inactive (no login, no bet, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the Account holder in advance by email.

jeta5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible Players as defined in the specific promotion terms. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit thresholds, account age requirements, or geographic restrictions.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements apply only to the Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified. Cash deposits are generally not subject to wagering requirements unless the deposit was made in conjunction with a bonus claim.
• All bonuses have an expiry date or time limit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• jeta5 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where it suspects abuse, errors in the offer configuration, or technical malfunctions affecting the promotion.
• A Player may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring offer. Claiming a promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on jeta5 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game, or product. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform and a bet ID has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• jeta5 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• In the event of a disputed result or an incomplete event, jeta5 will apply the applicable sport-specific rules to determine settlement. For cricket, standard ICC match rules apply. For casino games, the rules published within each game interface govern the outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per Player. jeta5 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits without prior notice where unusual or disproportionate wagering patterns are detected.
• jeta5 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, event, or game at any time. Odds and game availability may change without notice due to data availability, event cancellations, or regulatory reasons.

For live in-play betting, a slight delay may occur between real-world events and the Platform's odds update. jeta5 does not accept responsibility for bets placed during this delay period and reserves the right to void bets where the result was already known at the time of placement due to a data feed latency issue.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and winnings, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other stage of Account use.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or betting markets to derive an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider-information betting on sports events.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate financial intelligence authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeta5 staff members, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

jeta5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides all registered Players with a range of tools to help manage their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge at any time from the Account dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each continuous play session. The Platform will notify you when your session limit is approaching and will log you out automatically upon reaching it.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered or won during the current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and have a minimum duration of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

All content on the jeta5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of jeta5 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jeta5.

Game content, including game software and graphical assets, is provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain the property of the respective game studio. jeta5 makes no claims of ownership over third-party game intellectual property.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeta5 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or system damage, or the cost of substitute services.

jeta5's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeta5 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all content will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a system failure, technical error, or Force Majeure event affecting game or betting outcomes, jeta5 will apply reasonable remedies including voiding affected bets and returning stakes to affected Accounts.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jeta5's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jeta5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file, by an in-Platform notification displayed upon next login, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Amendments will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than 7 days after the notification is first issued for material changes. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in law — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Closure requests submitted before the effective date will be processed at the pre-amendment terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of jeta5 as an internationally operated platform.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. jeta5 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, legal, or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and jeta5 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
